Product Description
The Gutter Element is a unique, patented product designed for use with recessed gutters on all types pitched roof.
The Gutter Element provides ventilation and ensures that water can flow freely from the underlay into the gutter, while also supporting the roof battens. It stands out by combining multiple functions into a single product. In addition to ventilating along the valley, it also replaces a total of 3 products:
– Edge batten
– Bird screen (above and below the edge batten)
– Valley foot (edge flashing)
It is typically installed from the top down and secured with a screw into the roof batten. The next element is easily clicked into place, and installation continues downward. The final
element is cut to fit the slope of the eaves.
